Last updated: 11 August 2026

These Website Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of back2rank.com (the Website). Please read them carefully before using the Website.

These Terms apply whenever you access or use the Website. If you do not accept them, you should stop using the Website.

These Terms govern use of the Website only. Any SEO, digital marketing, consulting or related services are provided under a separate written agreement. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the signed service agreement will prevail in relation to those services.

Any authenticated client portal linked from the Website is governed by the applicable service agreement and any portal-specific terms or rules presented to authorized users. These Website Terms apply to the public Website unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

  • Content means all text, articles, case studies, graphics, photographs, illustrations, video, audio, software, code, databases, branding and other materials available through the Website.
  • Personal Data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, as defined by applicable data protection law.
  • User or you means any person who accesses or uses the Website, submits an inquiry or requests information through the Website.
  • Website means back2rank.com, including its pages, content and publicly available functionality.

3. Purpose of the Website

The Website allows Users to:

  1. learn about the Operator and the services offered under the Back2Rank brand, including SEO recovery, technical SEO, migration support, monitoring, consulting and related digital marketing services;
  2. review information, resources and case studies;
  3. submit an inquiry or request further information, an assessment or a commercial proposal;
  4. contact the Operator about the Website, its services or a suspected infringement.

Content on the Website is provided for general information. It does not constitute a binding offer, professional advice for a specific website or a guarantee of any particular SEO, traffic, ranking, revenue or other result.

Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship or require either party to enter into an agreement. Services begin only when the parties enter into the applicable written agreement or otherwise confirm the engagement in writing.

The Website does not provide a checkout process and does not itself conclude service agreements electronically. If this changes, the Website and these Terms must be updated before online ordering is enabled.

If the Website displays prices, they will be stated clearly and will indicate whether VAT, taxes, fees and other charges are included.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

  1. interfere with, damage, disable or disrupt the Website, its infrastructure or its security;
  2. attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, its servers, accounts, databases or connected systems;
  3. introduce malware, malicious code, automated attacks or other harmful technology;

  6. extract or reuse a substantial part of the Website or its databases through scraping, automated collection or similar methods without prior written permission;
  7. misrepresent your identity, authority or relationship with another person or organization; or
  8. submit information that you know is false, misleading, unlawful or outdated.

5. Inquiries and information submitted by Users

When you submit an inquiry or other information through the Website, you confirm that:

  1. the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
  2. you have the right to provide it; and
  3. its submission does not infringe another person’s rights or breach a duty of confidentiality.

Do not send passwords, access credentials, payment card information, special categories of personal data or other highly sensitive information through a general contact form unless we specifically request it through an appropriate channel.

Do not submit confidential or proprietary information through the general contact form unless it is reasonably necessary for us to assess your inquiry. Submitting unsolicited information does not create a confidentiality obligation beyond any duty imposed by law or agreed separately in writing.

We may use the information you submit to review and respond to your inquiry, prepare a proposal, take steps at your request before entering into an agreement, or perform another purpose described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Personal data and privacy

The Operator processes Personal Data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act and other applicable law.

Our Privacy Policy explains what Personal Data we collect, why we process it, how long we retain it, whom we may share it with and how you can exercise your rights.

If you believe that we have not processed your Personal Data lawfully, please contact us first using the details in Section 1. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection using the details in Section 18.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

The Website may use strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies required for security, communication and requested functionality. Any optional analytics, advertising or similar technologies will be used only in accordance with applicable law and the choices made through the Website’s consent controls.

The Cookie Policy explains which technologies are used, their purposes, providers and retention periods, and how you can change your choices.

8. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the Website and its Content are owned by or licensed to the Operator and are protected by copyright, trademark, database and other intellectual property laws.

Access to the Website does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you. You may view the Website and make limited copies or extracts for personal, non-commercial use or internal evaluation of our services, provided that you:

  1. do not alter the Content;
  2. retain any copyright, authorship and source notices;
  3. do not present the Content as your own; and
  4. do not use it in a way that harms the legitimate interests of the Operator, the author or another rights holder.

Any broader publication, reproduction, adaptation, distribution or commercial use requires our prior written permission, unless applicable law expressly provides otherwise.

Third-party names, logos and trademarks shown on the Website belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not transfer any rights or imply an endorsement beyond the context in which they are presented.

If you believe that Content on the Website infringes intellectual property rights, contact us and provide enough information for us to assess the matter.

9. Case studies, results and third-party information

Case studies and performance figures describe specific projects under their particular circumstances. They are provided as evidence of past work and do not guarantee that another website or project will achieve the same outcome.

Where the Website refers to a client, partner, platform, search engine or other third party, the relevant names and marks remain the property of their respective owners. We take reasonable care when preparing the Content, but third-party information may change after publication.

10. Website availability and security

We take reasonable measures to maintain the Website and protect it against security threats. However, we do not guarantee that the Website will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free or free from all harmful components.

We may update, restrict, suspend or withdraw any part of the Website when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance or business reasons.

You are responsible for using appropriate security measures on your own devices, software and internet connection.

11. External links and services

The Website may contain links to, embeds from or integrations with third-party websites and services. They are provided for information or convenience.

We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their availability, content, security, terms or privacy practices. When you visit or use a third-party service, its own terms and privacy notices apply.

12. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, infringement of mandatory consumer rights or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising solely from:

  1. the inability to access or use the Website;
  2. reliance on general Website Content without obtaining advice for the specific circumstances;
  3. the content or operation of a third-party website or service; or
  4. malware or other harmful material originating outside systems under the Operator’s reasonable control.

This Section applies only to use of the Website. Liability relating to paid services is governed by the applicable service agreement.

13. Aggregated statistics

We may use and share aggregated or anonymized Website statistics for analysis, security, service improvement and business reporting, provided that the information does not identify an individual.

14. Changes to the Website

We may change the Website, its structure, functionality, services and Content at any time. We are not required to maintain outdated Content or functionality unless applicable law or a separate written agreement requires otherwise.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Website, our business, applicable law or regulatory guidance.

The current version will be published on this page with its effective date. Material changes may also be announced prominently on the Website where appropriate. Updated Terms apply from the date stated in the published version.

Changes to these Website Terms do not amend a signed service agreement unless the parties agree to that amendment in the manner required by the agreement.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. The affected provision will be interpreted or replaced, to the extent permitted by law, in a way that most closely reflects its lawful purpose.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.

If a dispute arises, you and the Operator should first attempt to resolve it through good-faith communication. If no resolution is reached, the dispute will be submitted to the competent court determined under applicable law.

If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights or protections available to you under applicable consumer law. Eligible consumer disputes may also be referred to an appropriate alternative dispute resolution body, including a conciliation commission operating through the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection.
